Most of my published work is journalistic in form and content, published while working as a reporter for the Yellow Springs News. I covered housing and economic issues in depth (and was part of a team that took second at the state for “in-depth reporting”), wrote numerous feature articles on community members and the arts, and was the dedicated schools and school policy writer. About half of those articles were published to the web, and those can be found here.
Recently, I published a media review on David Lynch’s Interview Project in the Oral History Review, the journal of record for the Oral History Association community. While it is not a peer reviewed piece, in the review I lay the groundwork for some ideas that I hope to carry forward in my studies and in my writing.
